DELIVERY NOTES
A signature may be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local depot.
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to insufficient/incorrect address details, missed delivery or refusal of the parcel, the order may be returned to ourselves. Upon receipt we will issue a store credit for the cost of the goods only, if a refund is preferred, please contact us at admin@11degrees.com
For your security, first-time orders may only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address that can be verified. Customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
RESOLVING ISSUES
Should an error occur with any part of your order we will of course resolve this issue. We do ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, via email to: admin@11degrees.com or via the contact form on the website to inform us of our error. Please ensure that you retain all of the packaging from your order and the invoice included within your parcel.
Failure to retain the enclosed invoice will result in us not being able to investigate the issue and delay or even prevent us being able to arrange a resolution. Any delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 working days of the specified delivery date, failure to do so may result in us not being able to investigate and prevent us being able to arrange a solution.
