    All you need to register is a valid email address. Head over to our sign up page, enter your details and then you will be good to go. Through your account you can keep an overview of all your orders and refer your friends to earn some shopping credit. Alternatively, you can check out as a guest.

    It's easy to make changes to your details, whether it's your payment information, password or address book.

    Log-in to your account and you will see a range of categories at the bottom of the page under 'Account Settings'.

    Don’t worry, if you visit our log-in page and select 'Forgotten your password?' then you can enter the email address registered and we will send you instructions on how to get this reset.
    If you no longer want to receive 11 Degrees news, then you can log-in to your account and select the 'Communication Preferences' option to make this change. 

    Orders, Delivery and Returns

    All items ordered with 11 Degrees depend upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products you love effortlessly, so we’ll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.

    Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so we’ll get in touch to let you know.

    We may be able to change your order but please note this is dependent on what point your order is up to in our dispatch process.
    Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we would be unable to add any additional items to it. You would need to place a new order.

    You are able to cancel an order yourself up to 15 minutes after completing your order.

    We do aim to pick and pack your order as quick as we can and therefore we're not always able to cancel your order after this period.

    Depending on where your order is within our dispatch process we may be able to cancel this for you. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

    If we are unable to cancel your order you can always make a return in line with our returns policy.

    All orders have to be placed online or through our app, we are currently unable to process orders over the phone.
