Terms & Conditions – Sale Items, Discounts & Offers

We love giving you a good deal but to keep things fair, there are a few important terms to be aware of when returning items bought as part of a sale or promotion.

Discounted Items:

• Items purchased using a discount code or as part of a site wide promotion are refunded at the price paid, not the full RRP.
• You’ll receive a refund for the discounted amount only.

Mystery Gift Box & Gift Sets Terms & Conditions:

• Mystery Gift Boxes & Gift Sets are sold as a complete package; individual items within the box cannot be exchanged, even if the item is of equal value to the requested exchange.
• If you wish to return your Mystery Gift Box or Gift Set, a full refund for the entire box may be offered, provided it is returned in its original, unopened condition.
• Contents may vary, and each box is supplied “as is.”
• Promotional codes, discounts, or special offers cannot be applied to Mystery Gift Boxes or Gift Sets, as they are already offered at exceptional value.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Free Items & Multi-Buy Offers:

• If your order included a as part of a promotion (e.g. Buy X, get Y free), you must return the free item if you’re returning part of the order.
  
• If you keep the free item without qualifying for the offer anymore, we reserve the right to deduct the full RRP of the free item from your refund.
• If your order included a paired or bundle promotion (e.g. buy a hoodie and get joggers at a discounted price), both items must be kept to retain the promotional pricing.
• If you return one item from the bundle, the remaining item will revert to its full RRP. The difference between the promotional price paid and the full RRP will be deducted from your refund.

Example 1: If you bought a hoodie and joggers together at a bundle price, but return the joggers, the hoodie will be charged at its full price and the difference deducted from your refund.

Example 2: If you buy a hoodie and get a cap free, but return the hoodie, you’ll need to send the cap back too or we’ll deduct the caps full price from your refund.

Exchanges on Sale Items:

• Sale items can be exchanged, but only for a different size of the same style.
• We cannot swap sale items for different styles, colours, or products.
• Free promotional items cannot be exchanged.
