Standard UK delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days from dispatch. Christmas is our busiest time of year and Royal Mail is handling record parcel volumes, so please allow a little extra time and order early to get your gifts under the tree on time.

Yes. Order by 12pm with Premium Next Day Delivery (UK only) and your parcel will be sent for delivery the next day. During the Christmas peak, delivery may take a little longer than usual, so we recommend ordering well ahead of the festive deadline but Christmas cut off date is 21st December 2026.

The final date to place your order for guaranteed UK Christmas delivery is December 21st. We recommend ordering early to avoid any peak postal delays.

The final date to place your order for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery to Ireland and the EU is 17th December. We advise placing your order early to account for international transit and customs processing.

We have a standard 21-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
